## مفهوم الاستيطان الصهيوني وعناصره يُعد الاستيطان الصهيوني الركيزة الأساسية والتطبيق العملي للأيديولوجية الصهيونية، حيث لا يمكن فصل الفكر عن ممارسته على الأرض. فهو يتجاوز مجرد كونه عملية بناء مساكن للمهاجرين اليهود، ليمثل مشروعاً استعمارياً متكاملاً يهدف إلى إحلال شعب مكان شعب آخر. يقوم هذا المشروع على ثلاثة عناصر جوهرية ومترابطة: أولاً، **الأرض**، التي يتم الاستيلاء عليها ومصادرتها بذرائع مختلفة، باعتبارها المجال الحيوي للدولة اليهودية المزعومة. ثانياً، **الإنسان**، ويتمثل في جلب المستوطنين اليهود من جميع أنحاء العالم، وفي المقابل، العمل على تفريغ الأرض من سكانها الأصليين الفلسطينيين عبر سياسات التهجير والطرد الممنهج المعروفة بـ 'الترانسفير'. ثالثاً، **الموارد**، وعلى رأسها المياه، حيث تهدف السيطرة على الأرض إلى التحكم الكامل في مصادر المياه الجوفية والسطحية وحرمان الفلسطينيين منها. وبهذا، لا يكون الاستيطان مجرد بناء، بل هو عملية هدم ممنهجة للمجتمع الفلسطيني وتدمير لاقتصاده وتراثه، وتغيير قسري للطابع الديمغرافي والجغرافي والتاريخي لفلسطين.
