يعرض الكتاب في التمهيد نشأة النبي ﷺ يتيما؛ فقد توفي أبوه عبد الله وهو جنين في بطن أمه، ثم توفيت أمه آمنة وهو في سن السادسة، فكفله جده عبد المطلب الذي كان يحبه حبا شديدا ويعتني به، ثم كفله عمه أبو طالب بعد وفاة عبد المطلب حتى كبر واشتد ساعده. ويشير القرآن إلى يتمه ﷺ بقوله في سورة الضحى: ألم يجدك يتيما فآوى، أي ضمه إلى من يرعاه. ومن هنا يقرر الدرس أن الإسلام حث على رعاية الأيتام والإحسان إليهم ورتب على ذلك أجرا عظيما. يعرف الكتاب اليتيم بأنه من مات أبوه وهو دون سن البلوغ. أما كفالة اليتيم فهي العناية به وبمصالحه وشؤونه وتأمين النفقة له. والكفالة مستحبة، وتستمر حتى يستطيع اليتيم العناية بنفسه وإدارة شؤونه. وقد يكون الكافل أحد أقربائه مثل الأم أو العم أو غيرهما من الأقارب. وفي المقابل، يحرم الإسلام التبني بمعنى إلحاق نسب الطفل المكفول بمن كفله؛ لأن الشرع أمر بدعوة الأبناء لآبائهم وحفظ الأنساب. | المفهوم | الجواب المختصر | تنبيه امتحاني |
