TawjihiAI is slow or will not load. What do I do?

Most glitches clear with a refresh, the latest app version, and a working connection. Zaki needs a network; there is no full offline study.

Quick fixes

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. On iPhone or Android, install the latest TawjihiAI build from the store.
  3. Switch to a more stable link (Wi-Fi if mobile data is dropping). Zaki, the question bank, and timed exams need that connection.

Note: In exam season, replies can be slower. Ad blockers and extra extensions can also interfere — try a private window.

Slow Zaki

Stay on notes and short chats on a weak link. Do not start a long Exam Builder set until the page loads cleanly. See Offline limitations.

Report a repeatable bug

If the same crash happens every time (for example the question bank on one unit):

  1. Take a screenshot (no passwords).
  2. Note the device (iPhone, Android, Windows, Mac) and browser or app version.
  3. Send it on WhatsApp.
