How does TawjihiAI use my data?

We do not sell your personal data. Parents do not receive a log of a child’s Zaki chats. WalidAI (when linked) shows study progress summaries, not private messages.

What we collect

  • Account: email and grade, so rooms and recommendations match the student.
  • Study progress: topics read and Questionbank scores.
  • Zaki chats: history so Zaki can stay on your subjects and explanation style. See Zaki memory & your data.

We use this for study on TawjihiAI, not to train general-purpose AI for ads.

Parents

We do not sell student data. We do not hand parents a chat transcript. Linked WalidAI parent accounts show progress summaries only. Details: Parents & guardians.

Warning: Support will never ask for a password in chat, email, or WhatsApp.

Manage your data

Open Settings → Privacy & Data:

  • Export: download a JSON copy of account, chats, topics, study data, and settings.
  • Delete account: permanent; see Delete your account.
