How do I delete my TawjihiAI account, and what happens to my data?

Deleting a TawjihiAI account is permanent. Open Settings → Privacy & Data, then Delete account.
What you lose
Progress, Questionbank stats, Flashcards, Study Planner data, and Zaki's memory of your preferences are removed. This cannot be undone.
Deletion cannot be reversed.
How to delete
- Website: open Settings → Privacy & Data. Optionally Export a copy first. Expand the danger zone, tap Delete account, type the confirmation word in the dialog, and confirm.
- iOS / Android app: open Settings → Profile (Account), scroll to Delete account, and confirm.
- Email: if those screens are unavailable, write support@tawjihiai.com from the address on the account.
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Body: the account email and that you understand deletion is irreversible.
Warning: We remove personal identifiers from active databases. Some anonymized records may remain for analytics.
