My TawjihiAI payment failed. What happens now?

If a TawjihiAI card renewal fails, Stripe retries for a while. Your Pro access can stay on during retries. If retries are exhausted, paid features stop and the account returns to Preview limits. Saved work stays.

What you will see

Settings → Plans may show that the last payment did not go through, with Update payment method. We also send an in-app notice: update the card from subscription settings.

There are two phases:

  • Retrying: the subscription is still treated as active while Stripe tries again. Update the card so the retry can succeed.
  • Exhausted: paid access has ended because payment did not go through. Update the card or subscribe again from Pricing to restore Pro.

Get access back

  1. Open Settings → Plans.
  2. Choose Update payment method or Manage subscription.
  3. Save a valid card in the Stripe portal.

Sign in with the same email you paid with. Paying from a second account leaves the first one on Preview.

If you subscribed in the iPhone app

Apple handles failed App Store payments. Update the card in iPhone Settings → your name → Payment & Shipping, then check Subscriptions. We cannot change that card for you.

If you were charged and still lost access

Message support with the email you sign in with and the date of the charge. A person has to look at the payment.
