How do I cancel my TawjihiAI subscription?

Go to Settings → Plans and choose Manage subscription. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

On the web

  1. Open Settings, then Plans.
  2. Choose Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe billing portal.
  3. Cancel and confirm.

Your plan stays active until your current period ends.

If you subscribed in the iPhone app

Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone app are billed by Apple, not by us, so they have to be cancelled through the App Store. We cannot cancel them for you.

  1. On your iPhone, open Settings.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap TawjihiAI, then Cancel Subscription.

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  4. Find TawjihiAI and tap Cancel.

Cancel before your renewal date

Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the period you are currently in, so cancel at least one day before your renewal date.

Warning: If your renewal has already gone through, cancelling will not undo it. Subscriptions bought on the web are usually non-refundable.
