How do I upgrade or change my TawjihiAI plan?

Open Pricing or Settings → Plans and choose the plan you want. If you already pay by card, the upgrade difference is handled at checkout.

Upgrade

Settings → Plans shows the plan you are on now.

  1. Open the pricing page or Settings → Plans.
  2. Pick the paid term you want.
  3. Confirm checkout. If you already have a paid plan, you pay the difference for the time left.

Preview to Pro starts as soon as the payment goes through.

Move to a smaller plan or stop paying

There is no separate “downgrade” button that switches you to a cheaper term today. Cancel the plan you are on, keep using it until the period you paid for ends, then start the term you want from Pricing.

Cancelling does not refund the period you are in. Subscriptions bought on the web are usually non-refundable — see refunds.

If you use the iPhone app

The iPhone app bills through the App Store. Do not buy a second plan on the web if Apple already bills you, or you can be charged twice. Manage or cancel that plan in Apple Settings. Details: I subscribed in the iPhone app.
