How do I update my TawjihiAI payment card?

For a TawjihiAI plan paid by card on the web, open Settings → Plans and choose Manage subscription (or Update payment method if a renewal already failed). That opens Stripe’s billing portal. We do not store your full card number.

Change your card on the web

  1. Sign in and open Settings → Plans.
  2. Choose Manage subscription.
  3. Update the card in the Stripe portal, then return to TawjihiAI.

Update it before the next renewal if the old card expired. If a renewal already failed, the button may read Update payment method instead.

If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app

Those subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Change the card in your Apple Account or Google Play payments. Changing the card in Stripe does not affect an App Store or Play subscription.

Local (non-card) payment

If you paid by bank transfer or WhatsApp receipt, there is no card on file. To continue after the current term, send a new receipt through support or subscribe by card on Pricing.
