أ. y′=−e−xy\prime=-e^{-x}، إذن y′+y=0y\prime+y=0، فهو حل. ب. y′=−2sin⁡xy\prime=-2\sin x، إذن y′+y=2cos⁡x−2sin⁡xy\prime+y=2\cos x-2\sin x وليس صفراً لكل xx، فليس حلاً. ج. معيار الحكم أن تتحقق المعادلة لكل قيم المجال، لا عند قيمة واحدة فقط.
